Assess key drivers and gaps in leadership effectiveness and design interventions.
Enhance leadership quality especially in Servant Leadership, Growth Mindset and People
Manager Expectation by providing coach, team feedback session and etc.
Build strong succession pipelines for leadership team and critical positions in the organization.
Identify key talents, provide career consultation together with respective leadership and track the agreed development actions.

Drive performance driven culture across organization by engaging continuous improvement of processes and performance.
Drive well-being agenda to enhance financial, emotion, physical and social pillars of client groups.
Design and execute local agenda for ID&E (Inclusion, Diversity & Equity).
Collaboration with other HR Functions
Play an active role in partnering with RPO team and hiring managers to ensure effective and timely hiring.
Share the organization needs with Total Rewards, Learning & Development and ID&E COEs to revisit existing programs or implement new initiatives.
Work with Associate Service Center for seamless processes around associates life cycles.
Working in a Matrix
Participate as a member of country HR/Admin leadership team, and any other teams deemed appropriate to enhance corporate transformation and promote company initiatives.

[Requirements]Education & Career
10+ years in HR.
MBA or Masters in relevant field preferred.
