Experience: 3+ years in Recruitment:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter/Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT and Non-IT recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage the end-to-end hiring process. This role will involve collaborating with managers to understand hiring needs, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Leverage various job portals (e.g., Monster, Naukri, Shine, TimesJobs) and social media platforms to attract and source candidates.
• Conduct headhunting and proactive talent searches to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Review resumes, screen candidates, and assess their suitability for the role.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate pay rates, job offers, and compensation packages with candidates.
• Stay updated with hiring trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
• Ensure job descriptions (JDs) are well-crafted and effectively communicate role requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process efficiently, maintaining a focus on quality and timelines.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in HR recruitment, with expertise in IT and Non-IT hiring.
• Proficiency in using job portals like Monster, Naukri, Shine, and TimesJobs for talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, headhunting, and negotiation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid understanding of job descriptions (JDs) and the ability to craft role-specific JDs.
• Experience in engaging candidates through social media and professional networks.
• Hands-on expertise in reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry hiring trends and best practices.
