Summary:
We are seeking HR Lead to join our dynamic Human Resource department. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR and possess a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures. Incumbent will be responsible for Onboarding, HRMS data mgt & Personnel file documentation. This role requires good MS Office skills and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Roles and Responsibilities: • Owning the onboarding process
• Document verification & Employee code creation
• Personnel file Maintenance
• Preparation of Appointment letters, scanning, couriering and filing the acknowledgement copies
• Supporting the effective use of HRIS, periodic data upload and data check.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and presentations.
Qualifications: • MBA-HR will be preferred
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
