Bachelor's degree is mandatory
Master's degree is advantageous
Minimum 1 year of experience is required
Proficiency and well versed in English communication - both written and spoken
Good grammatical sense with proper sentence construction
Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft teams
Experience with admin role is mandatory
Knowledge of data maintenance, report generation and creation
Proficiency in time management and multi-tasking ability
Ability to solve problems, and resolve conflicts
Ability to work under pressure
Roles & Responsibilities: -
Ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to changes
Leave record maintenance
Attendance data maintenance, Late login reports, early going reports, break duration
Reports
Recruitment with help of LinkedIN, Naukri, Monster, Indeed portal etc.
Scheduling Interviews
Follow up with Candidates
Initiatives for Employee engagement and team building activities.
Event planning and team gathering for various events.
Weekly or daily communications - Thought of the week on Mondays
Attendance/leave issues and maintenance (grievance handling).
Performing Admin & HR roles whatsoever the situation demands for.
Must be interested in learning new things.
Should be proactive and manage multiple things at the same time (multi-tasking skill )
SHIFT TIMING : 9:30 to 6:30 ||Working Days : Mon to Fri

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
