Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR IT recruiter who is a hiring expert to join our Human Resources team.The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.-Great at communicating with candidates in a way that makes them want to work with us.-Able to follow up on candidates\' progress and keep us informed of their status.-Able to stay organized without needing constant supervision.-Familiar with the technology field, especially if you\'ve worked with companies in Computer software technology like ours before.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring needs of the organization.Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and facilitate the hiring process.Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.Address and resolve employee issues promptly and effectively.Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.Performance Management:Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.Coordinate performance appraisals and provide support in performance improvement processes.Ensure continuous feedback and development of employees.Training and Development:Identify training needs and assist in designing and delivering training programs.Support career development and succession planning initiatives.Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.HR Projects:Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.Support change management efforts and organizational development activities.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9700,000.00 per yearBenefits:
