JOB VACANCY FOR HR TECHNICAL RECRUITER !!! QUALIFICATION: MBA(HR)/ MSW(HR)/ ANY OTHER RELEVENT HR DEGREE GENDER: FEMALE (MARRIED PREFERABLE) JOB LOCATION : MADURAI EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR IN RECRUITMENT IT & NON JOB TYPE: FULL TIME(9.00 AM TO (6.00PM) PAY SCALE: 12K TO 15K p.m Duties:
- Assist with recruitment efforts such as cold calling, lead generation, and posting job openings
-Handling end to end recruitment process . Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates through job portals and lining for an interview.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Assist with employee evaluations and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with contract administration and management.
