Job Title: HR, IR & Administration Officer / ManagerLocation: HZL (Dariba) Rajasthan
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Head / Plant Head / Operations ManagerJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to manage HR operations, ensure smooth industrial relations, and oversee general administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring workforce harmony, policy compliance, and the efficient functioning of the workplace.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR):Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll inputs, and exit formalities.Maintain employee records and HR databases.Coordinate performance appraisal processes and training programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.Handle employee engagement and welfare activities.Provide HR support to line managers and department heads.Industrial Relations (IR):Maintain harmonious relations between management and workers.Represent management in dealings with unions and labor authorities.Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.Monitor compliance with labor laws like Factories Act, ESI, PF, Minimum Wages, etc.Liaise with government bodies and ensure timely filing of statutory returns.Monitor contract labor compliance (CLRA, BOCW, etc.).Administration:Oversee office facilities, housekeeping, transport, security, canteen, and other admin functions.Ensure smooth operation of infrastructure and logistics.Manage administrative budgets and vendor contracts.Organize company events, meetings, and welfare programs.Handle asset management and inventory of office supplies.Key Skills & Requirements:Bachelor's/Masterxe2x80x99s degree in HR, IR, Business Administration, or related field.5xe2x80x9310 years of experience in HR/IR/Admin, preferably in manufacturing/construction/mining sectors.Sound knowledge of labor laws and government compliances.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, payroll tools).Ability to manage a large workforce including contract labor.Preferred Attributes:Experience in dealing with labor unions and government departments.Familiarity with ISO, EHS, and audit processes.Fluency in local language(s) and Hindi/English.Ability to handle crisis situations and maintain industrial peace.
