• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including handling phone calls, emails, and documentation.
• Assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR processes are followed.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
