Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter Intern will support the recruitment process by assisting with various tasks such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position.
2. Interview Coordination:
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person, virtual, and phone interviews.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
3. Job Posting and Advertising:
- Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various job boards and company website.
- Promote job openings on social media and other recruitment platforms.
4. Database Management:
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and statuses.
5. Administrative Support:
- Assist with the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the recruitment process.
6. Employer Branding:
- Assist in developing and promoting the company's employer brand.
- Participate in campus recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent attraction activities.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Prior experience or coursework in HR or recruitment is a plus.
