Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Help organize and execute employee engagement activities and events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
• Assist with customer support inquiries via email and phone.
• Build good relationships with customers.
