As an HR Intern at Shivansh Outsourcing Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers and onboarding.
Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.
Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
