Job Overview

We are hiring for the position of HR Intern at PurpleTutor. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various HR functions. This is a full-time or remote internship position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We are looking for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in HR or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Support HR team in administering HR policies and procedures
• Assist in employee engagement activities, including organizing team-building events and employee wellness programs
• Assist in HR documentation and record-keeping, including maintaining employee files and updating HR databases
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department
