: HR Intern
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to contribute to key projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about human resources.
Location: Zirakpur,Punjab
Duration: 3-6Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job posting, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate database.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Assist with employee relations activities, such as organizing employee events or recognition programs.
- Help maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR projects, such as policy reviews or process improvements.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, drafting communications, and managing HR documentation.
- Conduct research on HR topics and best practices as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior HR or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
