Key Responsibilities:
Job Postings and Sourcing:
Create compelling job descriptions for open positions.
Post job ads on various platforms (company website, job boards, social media, etc.).
Proactively source candidates through networking, referrals, and online channels.
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes and applications.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
Shortlist candidates for further evaluation .
Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Communicate interview details to candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Candidate Engagement:
Keep candidates informed about their status.
Answer their questions promptly.
Provide feedback after interviews.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Understand hiring needs from department managers.
Develop detailed job descriptions for each role.
Align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Offer Negotiation and Closing:
Extend job offers to selected candidates.
Assist with negotiation if needed.
Coordinate the acceptance process.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong organizational abilities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles preferred.
Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
