Skills and Requirements:

• A student pursuing an MBA or BBA Any UG in interested in HR .
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experienced with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Familiar with full-cycle recruiting.
• Interest in designing systems and processes to improve overall team effectiveness.
• Data orientation and management skills.

Scope of Work:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Creating job descriptions up to date with the industry demands.
• Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
• Assisting in the entire recruiting process including reviewing resumes, conducting telephonic screens and references, and preparing information and offering packets.
• Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Assisting in identifying best HR practices and Industry salary research.

Culture Management

• Build a culture of performance across Spectal with oversight and a continued development framework.
• Understand and provide solutions to overcome the identified roadblocks and challenges.
• Foster collaboration and connections between employees through systems and processes.
• Developing a strategy and implementation plan towards a high-performance culture in collaboration with team leads.
• Assist the founder in identifying freelance HR consultants for long-term policy development and talent management.
