Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Assist with employee relations activities, including conducting surveys and organizing events.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior HR experience or relevant coursework is a plus.
