We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company website.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Participate in the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions
• Employee Relations:
• Support the HR team in handling employee inquiries and providing assistance with HR policies and procedures.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR communications and reports.
• Compliance and Policy Management:
• Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
• Training and Development:
• Support the coordination and administration of training programs.
• Track training completion and gather feedback from participants.
• Additional Projects:
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Provide general administrative support to the management team.

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
