We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will provide support in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, creating presentations, and managing HR correspondence.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Assist with organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
