Selection Process:
Assist in the selection process by conducting reference checks and background screenings.
Present job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
Candidate Experience:

Communicate with candidates promptly and professionally, providing feedback as needed.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS.
Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and measure effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a recruiter, HR generalist, or similar role.
Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
