Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes

• Handling employee records and confidential information
• Supporting in organizing training and development programs
• Assisting with performance management and evaluation processes
• Helping with payroll and benefits administration
• Conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends
• Assisting with various HR projects and initiatives
• Performing office admin activities

Requirements:

Graduate from any stream

2-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to communicate in Hindi and one other regional language

Strong organizing and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently.

A proactive and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
