Responsibilities
• Assist with posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding new hires by collecting paperwork and coordinating orientation activities.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
• Assist with employee relations by handling basic inquiries and requests.
• Prepare reports and presentations as assigned.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
