As an HR and Admin Intern at Edwin Academy, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and administrative functions. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable insight into the daily operations of an educational institution while allowing you to contribute to key projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Onboarding Assistance: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Relations: Support HR in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving minor conflicts, and fostering a supportive work environment.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing office supplies, and coordinating meetings and events.
HR Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR documentation, including employment contracts, policies and procedures, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
