We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will support the HR department in various administrative and HR-related tasks, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain practical experience in a professional HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.

• HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist with the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and employee handbooks.

Handle HR-related queries and provide assistance to employees and management as needed.

• Employee Relations:

Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.

Support the implementation of employee recognition programs and initiatives.

• Performance Management:

Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.

Help gather and compile performance data for analysis and reporting.

• Training and Development:

Support the planning and coordination of training and development programs.

Assist in tracking and recording training activities and employee participation.

• Compliance and Policies:

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

•Qualifications: •

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in HR and a desire to build a career in Human Resources.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
