Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions within the education sector. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and special projects under the guidance of experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support new hire onboarding activities, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and facilitating a smooth integration into the organization.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other employment-related matters.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.
• Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and other relevant documentation.
• Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and workshops for staff.
• Contribute to special HR projects such as performance management, employee surveys, or compliance audits.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources within the education industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
