The HR Intern at S K Translines Pvt Ltd will be an integral part of the Human Resources team, supporting various initiatives aimed at talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations within the logistics industry. This internship offers a hands-on experience in HR practices and procedures while contributing to the success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Help maintain applicant tracking systems and assist in coordinating recruitment events and activities.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing welcome packets, assisting with paperwork completion, and facilitating orientation sessions. Assist in coordinating offboarding procedures for departing employees, including exit interviews and paperwork.
• Employee Relations: Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by responding to inquiries, resolving minor issues, and escalating concerns to HR managers as needed. Help coordinate employee recognition programs and events to promote a positive work culture.
• Training and Development: Support training and development initiatives by assisting in the coordination of training sessions, tracking employee participation, and maintaining training records. Assist in identifying training needs and recommending relevant programs or resources.
• HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing paperwork, updating employee records, and organizing HR-related documents. Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and communications as needed.
• HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting organizational goals. Contribute ideas and insights to project teams and assist in project implementation.
• Compliance Assistance: Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Help conduct audits and reviews of HR practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Employee Benefits: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and help coordinate open enrollment activities.
