Paid Internship - Leading to Placement

We are seeking HR interns who, upon successful completion of training, will embark on a rewarding journey within our organisation

You would be working towards real world hands on experience in finding and sourcing the most qualified candidates for all open positions , creating job postings, identify and contact potential candidates, and manage the recruitment process from beginning to end.

What Would You Be Doing?

Your Typical day would begin with reviewing the job postings for upcoming positions and developing recruitment plan strategies, then reviewing potential candidates' resumes and contacting them to set up interviews, followed by any follow-up with potential candidates via email or telephone setting up interviews with the hiring manager.

During the day, you would also meet the hiring managers to discuss the candidates you may have shortlisted and further action.

• Evaluating candidate qualifications and assessing their fit for the job.
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates for open positions.
• Maintaining updated records of recruitment activities and progress.
• Negotiating salaries and other benefits with potential candidates.
• Developing effective recruitment plans & strategies to source qualified candidates timely.
• Reach Out to Various Campuses for Campus Requirement

Requirements

It's essential that you have a Never Give up attitude to accomplish the tasks and some understanding of the hiring process and be able to navigate the challenges would be a ++

Strong communication & networking skills are critical , and it's expected that you should be able to articulate the task requirements clearly, communicate effectively & provide timely feedback to all parties involved.

Hence typically, we look for the following in you :

• Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage timelines efficiently.
• Outstanding research and problem-solving skills
• Ability to Multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes, and coordinating with other stakeholders.
• Identify and look for the best possible solution to problems
• Excellent networking skills to connect with potential candidates and build relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
