Location: Gurugram Job Type Internship : As an HR Intern at Ethics Group Of Companies, you will gain practical experience in various aspects of human resources management. This internship will provide you with exposure to HR operations, recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, and HR compliance. You will work closely with our HR team to support daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documents. Responsibilities: - Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings. - Help organize and maintain employee records, both physical and digital. - Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures. - Participate in HR projects (e.g., employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes). - Support the coordination of HR events (e.g., training sessions, team-building activities). - Help prepare HR-related reports and presentations. - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team. Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. - Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Previous internship experience in HR or related field is a plus.
