Position Overview: We're seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for a six-month internship. You'll assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networks.
2. Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
3. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
4. Assist in creating and posting job descriptions.
5. Support recruitment events and initiatives.
6. Conduct research on talent acquisition best practices.
7. Provide administrative assistance to the team.
8. Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Enrolled in a relevant degree program.
2. Interest in HR and Talent Acquisition.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Experience of Job Boards & ATS is a plus)
6. Discretion in handling confidential information.
Duration and Compensation: This is a paid six-month internship with the potential for extension.
