As an HR Consulting Intern at Yatiken, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources consulting. You will work closely with our experienced consultants on various projects, providing support in research, analysis, and implementation of HR strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and industry standards.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support HR consulting projects.
- Assist in benchmarking studies to compare client practices with industry standards.
2. Client Support:
- Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes.
- Assist in understanding client needs and developing customized HR solutions.
- Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations and reports.
3. Project Management:
- Assist in planning and managing HR consulting projects.
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Policy and Procedure Development:
- Help develop and update HR policies and procedures for clients.
- Assist in creating employee handbooks and other HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
5. Training and Development:
- Support the design and delivery of training programs and workshops.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
- Help maintain training records and track employee development.
6. Employee Engagement:
- Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to suggest improvements.
- Support efforts to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
7. Administrative Support:
- Maintain and organize project files and documentation.
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR consulting team.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR consulting and a desire to build a career in this field.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
