Job Role: HR Intern
:
As an HR Intern, you will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, contributing to the efficient operation of the department and gaining valuable experience in human resources. You will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and other HR-related activities.
Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Support:
• Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate phone screenings.
• Employee Onboarding:
• Assist in preparing onboarding materials for new hires.
• Help with the organization of orientation sessions.
• Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
HR Administration:
• Maintain employee records and update databases.
• Assist in preparing HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
• Provide administrative support to HR executives.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools is added advantage.
