We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide valuable experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Participate in new employee onboarding activities, such as preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain employee records and updated HR databases with new hire information.
• Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing HR-related documents and reports.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain employee privacy.
• Assist with special HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
