HR Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Help maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs or policy development.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
