Position Overview: Metricoid is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at our Nilje, Dombivli office location. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about human resources to gain practical experience and contribute to various HR initiatives within Metricoid. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, employee engagement, and other HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 6 months Pay: \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 per month Schedule:
Expected Start Date: 17/06/2024
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, training sessions, and cultural celebrations.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support HR administrative tasks, including drafting HR documents, preparing reports, and managing office documentation.
- Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns and escalate issues to the HR team as needed.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship or coursework in human resources is an advantage but not required.
- Stipend of INR 10,000 - 12,000 per month.
