Job Summary:
The HR Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Head will ensure that the company's human resources strategies support the organization's goals and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team and provide HR guidance on business decisions.
- Lead and manage the HR team to deliver comprehensive HR services and support.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Manage talent development and succession planning to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee morale and productivity.
Performance Management:
- Develop and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management and employee development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly review and update compensation structures to maintain market competitiveness.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are in line with legal and company standards.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities and performance to the executive team.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Head or similar senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
