Key Responsibilities
\xef\x83\x98 Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, for Talent acquisition and
management inclusive of recruitment, selection, on-boarding, performance
management, and employee relations.
\xef\x83\x98 Develop succession planning and performance development culture.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure robust HRIS platforms and processes are to ensure automation of employee
life cycle management.
\xef\x83\x98 Develop compensation benchmarking across functions to keep up with the industry
standards.
\xef\x83\x98 Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure compliance with legal requirements, labor laws across establishments/units
and contract management.
\xef\x83\x98 Develop and manage learning and development programs to enable a high
performing organisation.
\xef\x83\x98 Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary, bonuses, and
insurance.
\xef\x83\x98 Manage and drive admin functions including facility management.
\xef\x83\x98 Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
\xef\x83\x98 Develop and manage the company\'s budget for HR & administrative expenses.
\xef\x83\x98 Conduct employee engagement/welfare activities across locations and implement an
engagement calendar.
Competencies Required
