: Basic Function The purpose of this role is to- - Drive implementation of HR policies, initiatives and activities needed to achieve the plant\'s human resources objectives across group. - Develop and implement specific policies and maintain harmonious employee relations to meet the business objectives at all plant locations. - Responsible for ensuring the smooth handling of the legal cases with issues pertaining to areas like labour, environment etc. - Responsible for CSR activities like community development & affirmative actions for the privilege classes in the area of environment & education. To Co-ordinate Planning, Implementation and Monitoring of all Human Resource Management Systems, Policies and Procedure and co-ordinate other Human Resources activities. Coordination with the HR team members of all locations is an integral part of the job. Principal Responsibilities: - Manpower planning and preparation of organization chart - Recruitment selection process till joining and Induction. - Co-ordinate Training and development activities. - Maintain the General Administrative matters on day-to-day basis in co-ordination with Head of Operation /Director - Performance management issues - Maintain the Employee Relation matters like Employee discipline, grievance, counseling, motivation, culture and attitudinal change etc. - Liaise with other functional/departmental Heads employees so as to understand all necessary aspects and coordination for the effective implementation of HR policies & procedure. - Reportthe HR issues & development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. - Review with the team of Plant HR/Time office, Payroll and General administration - Reportthe HR issues & development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. - Over all coordination with HR Team member of HR/Payroll/and administration and Compliances . - Coordination with Union. - Liaise with Government departments - Attend quality and system audit. Key Performance Indicators - Successful Implementation of HRMS - Effective Presentations & Communication - Effective Interpersonal Relationship - Time Management Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience - MBA or equilent. - Good knowledge of HR Policies & Procedure - Good Command in Hindi / English, both written & verbal - Proficiency in all computer applications and knowledge in ERP system.
