Job description Designation- HR Head (Females) Looking only IT Recruitment Background Exp-2-5 Years Salary-20000-45000 Monthly ASAP Joining Jobs & Description Sourcing candidates through placement Naukri, LinkedIn jobpostings etc. Screening resumes; Aligning for interviews; Coordinating with the candidates. Taking feedback from Interviewers; Coordinate to Roll out Offer letter. Handling complete cycle of Recruitment Assessing human resource requirements in consultation with Team Leaders conducting selection interviews and induction programs. Salary Administration Organizing rewards, incentives and awards for employees. Handling promotions, up gradations. Monitoring Time Office activities and maintenance of attendance, various rules, holiday calendars, work schedules and leave records necessary for processing payrolls of employees.
