- Minimum 10 years of experience in plastic induystry or manufacturing of machines of the plastic
- REcruitement exprience
- Overseeing the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring quality hires -70% work
- Managing payroll administration and compliance activities - 10%
- Handling HR operations, including policy development, employee relations, and performance management - 10%
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work culture - 5%
- Designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance -5%
