The HR Head oversees all HR functions, ensuring alignment with company strategy and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key areas include recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, training, and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management processes.
- Provide guidance on performance-related issues.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and manage relations issues.
- Promote a positive work environment.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs.
- Oversee new hire orientation.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive compensation practices.
- HR Strategy:
- Align HR strategies with business goals.
- Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field .
- Minimum 3 years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
