HR Generalist Duties and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Assist with all internal and external HR related matters. \xc2\xb7 Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts. \xc2\xb7 Requirements and Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Efficient HR administration and people management skills. \xc2\xb7 Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices. \xc2\xb7 Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
