We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Conduct new employee orientations and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
2. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
3. HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employment verification letters.
4. Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Help develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support organizational goals.
5. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing and coordinating employee training programs.
- Support the performance management process by assisting in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
6. Benefits Administration:
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans,
and other benefits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and claims.
- Coordinate open enrollment periods and assist employees with benefit enrollment and changes.
7. HR Reporting and Analysis:
- Compile HR metrics and data to generate reports for management review.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles or related administrative positions.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
