Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
• Coordinate and conduct recruitment efforts for all positions, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Develop and conduct training programs for employees and managers
• Manage performance appraisal process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Assist in development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
