Job Description


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and manage end-to-end recruitment.
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
  • Manage grievance handling, conflict resolution, and exit interviews.
3. Performance Management & Learning
  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and employee feedback programs.
  • Identify training and development needs; coordinate learning programs for upskilling employees.
  • Support leadership in succession planning and career development initiatives.
4. Payroll, Compliance & HR Operations
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry-specific HR regulations.
  • Manage HR audits, documentation, and reporting for legal and compliance purposes.
5. HR Policy & Culture Development
  • Update and enforce HR policies in alignment with company values and industry regulations.
  • Maintain and manage HR systems, databases, and employee records.
  • Support leadership in implementing strategic HR initiatives for business growth.
Key Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Masterxe2x80x99s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-8 years in HR roles, preferably in AI, data science, or technology-driven companies.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a mix of remote and onsite teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in HR operations for AI/tech companies is a plus.
  • Certification in HR (SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
