You will be responsible for recruitment, contract management, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance as we scale. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts by working with department heads to identify hiring needs, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, vendor agreements, and other HR-related documentation to ensure clarity and compliance.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by being the go-to person for employee concerns, planning engagement activities, and managing feedback loops.
Performance Management: Assist in setting up performance review systems and offering support to managers in conducting evaluations.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processes and ensure employees receive the correct benefits.
GrowthSupport: Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for retention, career growth, and scaling the team. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
Solid understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, contract management, and employee engagement.
Proficiency with HR software and tools is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
