Job Title: HR Generalist (Associate Level 1) Location: Shahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, India Salary Range: INR 20,000 - 28,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications) Experience: 1-3 years Overview: Join our team as an HR Generalist at the Associate Level 1. - Assist in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events and recognizing achievements.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with team members on HR projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
- Bachelor\'s degree in HR or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
