Candidate location: Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu Skills: Proactive, fluent oral communication, management, flawless written-communication skills, grasping and learning new tools, Excel & Word basics, Super Ambitious, professional, LinkedIn basics. Job Responsibilities:
  • Handling recruitment agencies and in-house recruitment (Searching, Shortlisting, and scheduling interviews) via various channels like LinkedIn.
  • Onboarding and Exit process, company policies, maintaining employees relationship.
  • Scheduling team meetings and developing team productivity and spirit
  • Branding company page and handling LinkedIn posts.
  • Helping the company grow by hiring the best candidates and retaining employees and looking after their grievances
  • Managing team-building activities
  • Looking after various office needs
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher Salary: 910,000.00 - 912,000.00 per month Benefits:
