• Set and meet the company HR goals. Ensure implementation of HR Policies and adherence to it in spirit and words.Manages employee relations, conflict resolution, employee welfare services and counseling.
• Manpower planning, recruitment, induction, training, performance appraisal, increments and promotions.
• Ensuring no loss of productivity or services due to shortage of Manpower at any working location/positions/stages.
• Maintaining the records of attendance, leave, etc.
• Planning and implementation of Document control system across the organization.
• Compliance of all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Performance Appraisal- Performance evaluation policies and its implementation.
• Employee's grievance handling and problem solving, coordination between employees and management.
• Finalize the vendors bills and salary statement.
• Employees Health and safety
• Setting the system of reports generation across the organization. Collection of reports at certain frequency , Analysis and submission of summery to the management.
• Handle general HR practices such as staff orientation & induction, training & development, compensation and benefits administration, Reward and recognition system.
