Manage employee records and maintain an organized HR filing system.
Handle employee queries, issues, and concerns while providing effective resolutions.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including preparing and submitting necessary reports.
Conduct salary and compensation analysis, as well as assist in payroll processing.
Administer employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.
Assist in employee training and development initiatives.
Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
Maintain confidentiality of HR-related information.
