1 Year Contract Basis
Summary:
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing a variety of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures and the ability to handle complex and sensitive HR issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing recommendations for resolution.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
2. Performance Management:
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management issues.
• Support the development and implementation of employee development plans and training programs.
3. Benefits Administration:
• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
• Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.
5. HR Information Systems (HRIS):
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
• Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee information.
6. Other Duties:
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
• Stay current with HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 to 7 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a mid-sized or large organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
