• Should be okay with factory setting and manage factory staff.
• Knowledge on appraisals, metrics, T&C/handbook, contracts for factory staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & HR related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.

Role: HR Executive
Location - Sewri, Mumbai
Work hours: 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday
Experience : 3- 6 years of experience only (Manufacturing, FMCG, Food and Beverage industry experience preferable)
The role expects the person to dynamic, assertive and be able to manage the office and factory staff. Awareness of Labor laws and performance metrics is a must.

We are looking for HR professional to join our team and lead the Operations (factory HR) and be a key member of the leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the overall strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met.
Job description:
1. Create an effective operations strategy for the company ensuring performance metrics are strategized and implemented.
2. Create an overall strategy for the organization (prepare templates, hand book and code of conduct for the organization)
3. Manage the HR and other administrative tasks (vendor management, logistics management, attendance, payroll, inventory, & other tasks to ensure smooth operations of the factory)
4. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues, and manage HR sessions for awareness as needed
5. Manage the entire hire to retire cycle of the organization
6. Create training modules for new joiners
7. Develop and monitor overall strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
8. Create a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
11. Maintain an employee database and create customized templates as needed
12. Conduct SOP training for the employees.
Qualifications : Masters in Business Administration in HR / Masters is Industrial Relations
